Beau Vallon is one of the most popular sites for locals and visitors. Its huge bay, bordered by a three-kilometre-long semi-circular beach, offers an idyllic setting for swimmers and sports enthusiasts.
Day 3: Beau Vallon – Praslin (Anze Lazio)
The incredible combination of turquoise blue water, fine sand, picturesque palm trees and impressive granite rocks make Anse Lazio one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This postcard beach offers options for everyone, whether swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing or photography.
Day 4: Praslin (Anze Lazio) – Curieuse Island – Praslin (Anse Volbert)
Located north of Praslin, the small island of Curieuse is best known for its large population of giant tortoises, some of which are over 200 years old! With its granite relief, the territory of barely 2 km2 offers a total change of scenery.
Day 5: Praslin (Anse Volbert) – La Digue
La Digue has everything of a paradise. This beautiful island is located 6 km southeast of Praslin. It can be reached in 15 minutes by boat.
Its proportions are modest (5 km long by 3 wide), but they present all the beauties of the Seychelles archipelago. Beaches surrounded by granite rocks, hills covered with coconut palms, lataniers and takamakas, small roads frequented by bicycles or ox carts...
Day 6: La Digue – Big Sister Island
Located 6km north of La Digue and near the Félicité and Coco islands, Grande Soeur island is adorned with two fine white sand beaches plunging into magnificent turquoise waters, the extravagant beauty of Grande Soeur island is dazzling!
Protected by a coral reef, the seabed there is exceptional. Along the reefs, you will meet sea turtles and tropical fish with shimmering colors in crystal clear and luminous water.
Day 7: Big Sister Island – Praslin (Baie Ste Anne)
Day 8: Praslin (Baie Ste Anne) – Silhouette Island (Anse Mondon)
Silhouette is the third largest island in Seychelles archipelago and also rated as one of the most physically attractive island in the granites group. Five Kilometres long and wide, Silhouette which is about one hour boat ride from Mahe, boasts the 780 meter high Mount Dauban and its surrounding thick virgin forests, which is a haven for ecologists and environmentalists. Blessed by this luxuriant evergreen vegetation, the island is surrounded with a rich marine life kingdom whose reefs contains a multitude of all types of fish and shells, whilst green turtles breed on some of its un spoilt beaches.
Day 9: Silhouette Island (Anse Mondon) – Mahé (Anse Major)
Day 10: Mahé (Anse Major) – Mahé (Baie Ternay)
Day 11: Mahé (Baie Ternay) – Mahé (Petite Anse)
Day 12: Mahé (Petite Anse) – Ste Anne Marine Park – Eden Island
5 km from the coast of Mahé, is the oldest marine reserve in the Seychelles, named for its largest island Sainte Anne. Besides this island and the surrounding lagoon, the park is home to Moyenne Island, Round Island, Long Island, Cerf Island, Hidden Island, as well as deep ocean waters. In total, the park covers 14.43 km², and consists mainly of coral reefs.
