A berth is made available to you for the duration of our partnership.
Your rental income represents 65% of the amount of the location contracts and other solutions are possible depending on your project and the destination.

SAILOÉ covers all marketing costs:
Communication, exhibitions, secretariat, orders, checks and cleaning between rentals, inventory, handover, customer follow-up, etc.

Loss or damage attributable to tenants is managed by us through your insurance.
