Day 5: Praslin (Anse Volbert) – La Digue
La Digue has everything of a paradise. This beautiful island is located 6 km southeast of Praslin. It can be reached in 15 minutes by boat.
Its proportions are modest (5 km long by 3 wide), but they present all the beauties of the Seychelles archipelago. Beaches surrounded by granite rocks, hills covered with coconut palms, lataniers and takamakas, small roads frequented by bicycles or ox carts...
Day 6: La Digue – Eden Island
5 km from the coast of Mahé, is the oldest marine reserve in the Seychelles, named for its largest island Sainte Anne. Besides this island and the surrounding lagoon, the park is home to Moyenne Island, Round Island, Long Island, Cerf Island, Hidden Island, as well as deep ocean waters. In total, the park covers 14.43 km², and consists mainly of coral reefs.
